Ann Harding Battin, long both an Attorney and a licensed Real Estate Broker, specializes in business and real estate matters, as well as litigation. On one end of the spectrum of her current practice is bankruptcy, handling both debtor and creditor's issues. On the other end, she has extensive experience in drafting wills and trusts, and probate matters such as settling estates, guardianships and conservatorships.
Ms. Battin received her Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Berkeley; her Master of Fine Arts degree from New York University and her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. She and her family are residents of El Sobrante, CA, although her son, an Eagle Scout, has ‘aged' out of Boy Scouts, Ms. Battin remains active as an adult Scouter and Merit Badge Counselor. She is an assistant Troop leader for her daughter's Senior Girl Scout Troop and is looking forward to assisting her daughter's ‘journey' to her GSA Gold Award. Ms. Battin enjoys camping, hiking and just being outdoors.
Ms. Battin is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association and its Real Estate Section, as well as the Solano County Bar Association.
