Dennis A. Phillips graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in United States History. After working for a few years in the technology sector for a small software company, Mr. Phillips attended the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in 2000 with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Mr. Phillips has been practicing law since 2001 and is admitted to practice in state court as well as Federal Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Phillips has developed his experience in Landlord/Tenant disputes (including Rent Controlled/Just Cause cities such as San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland and most recently Richmond), Restraining Orders and General Civil Litigation.
